  Very unreliable salon. I went there a few times but decided there were other more professional salons around to put up with bad service. Apart from my first appointment, the owner either cancelled my appointments last minute or would keep me waiting for 30 minutes. The last straw was when one of her apprentices butchered my eyebrows.

  BE WARNED - AWFUL SALON. Used to be a regular visitor and was very happy with the service. Unfortunately the person who did my hair was replaced by her mother, the owner of the salon, who did an absolutely AWFUL job, sent me home in tears and refused to refund me the $200 I spent for foils. I was getting my usual blonde foils and my hair was bright orange, with huge dark patches and bright purple splodges from the toner. Went back a second time so she could fix it, left me waiting 20 minutes then called in sick on my appointment. Went back a third time, she kept me waiting another 20 minutes before I walked out, completely shocked and angry at such treatment. Needless to say, I won't be returning ever again and will be finding a new hairdresser.

  I've been going to Paris Pearl since it opened back 05/06, using various of the services and products on offer.
  
  The end result is always great; excellent eyebrow shaping, flattering hair cut/color etc. The staff could be complete a-holes and I'd still rate Paris Pearl 5 stars. However, that's not the case, the overall service is excellent and I feel like I'm part of a community when I'm there.
  
  Would definitely recommend Paris Pearl.
