  Worst experience ever! The person at the stall (called himself KK) was rude and couldn't understand what I was saying to him. I brought in my watch to fix the battery but they couldn't close the watch after replacing the battery so kept it for 3 days. After which they called me to say it was ready. On picking up the watch I realised the glass on the face had been tampered with as well and this glass was now cutting my fingers while handling the watch and getting stuck in my sleeves and tearing them. I went back to them and showed them my cuts and the other man there took my watch and said he would have it fixed and call me back. For one month I received no calls and they never answered the phone at the store. Whenever I would go there after work the shop was either shut or unmanned. Finally today I went there and found this KK there who gave me back my watch as is with the glass still cutting and was extremely rude and called me a liar.
  
  Now they have kept my watch again for an undefined time period (they say one week) and have said we cannot guarantee we will fix it. I am very unsure that my original watch parts are even in there anymore.
  
  In front of me KK changed somebody else's battery and charged them $8 less than what he charged me.
  
  This place is a sham and I would not recommend it to anyone even if it was the last place open. This guy is rude, they don't fix anything and have no ability or manners of how to treat customers.
